MEET THE CEO
Oshawn Bannister, originally from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, immigrated to New York in 2000, later relocating to Hartford, Connecticut, where he currently resides. His adaptability and resourcefulness from a young age have shaped him into an effective communicator and leader capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and thriving under pressure.
Oshawn graduated from American International College in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration and transitioned from athletics to business. He has since held managerial roles across the light industrial, manufacturing, and retail industries, where he developed and maintained client relationships while overseeing day-to-day operations of local offices.
His leadership experience expanded when he managed teams in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and California for a healthcare services company, most notably as an essential worker during the COVID-19 pandemic. Oshawn played a key role in ensuring safe, sanitized environments and responded to the crisis by founding NextGen Sanitizing, a company aimed at combating the virus through innovative cleaning solutions.
